Automatic review responses – here’s how they work:

- We register these reviews – and answer them for you centrally and automatically.
- You don’t have to answer manually, saving you lots of time and effort.
Good to know:
It is mostly about thanking customers for their positive reviews. If there is a review that violates the guidelines, we will report it to Google for you. It is not possible to provide detailed automatic responses to specific questions.
- Automatic review response is already set up for you as default.
- If you do not wish to use this service, disable it in your personal customer portal.
- You can find the corresponding opt-out function in the settings right at the bottom.
